During your appointment, your technician will use a gentle liquid to break down the bonding agent of your lashes. Once all lash extensions have been removed, your technician will complete a thorough cleansing of your natural lashes.
Lash Extension Refill - 60 Minutes

We recommend getting your lashes refilled every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking lush. We lose 20-30% of our natural lashes every two weeks and unfortunately, our lash extensions go with them. During your lash fill appointment, your technician will remove any overgrown extensions and replace those that you have naturally lost since your last visit.
Lash Extension Full-Set - 2 Hours

If it’s your first-time getting eyelash extensions, you’ll want to start off with a full set. During your appointment, your technician will apply beautiful lashes across your natural lash line. This process involves applying single extensions to one single natural lash. Be sure to come to your appointment with clean, natural lashes.
Volume Add-On - 1 Hour

Need your lashes to be runway ready? During your volume add-on, your technician will work to apply additional lashes across your natural lash line, giving you added, length and volume to customize your lash look!
Tinting services
Brow Tinting - 30 Minutes

During your appointment, your technician will begin with a color consultation. We want to make sure the best color match is available. Custom color can be developed if necessary. Your technician will gently cleanse your brows with solution and begin to tint your brows with a gentle brow brush. After the tint is applied it must cure for approximately 10 minutes. After curing technician will remove excess tint and gently cleanse brows for final look.
Brow Shape & Tinting - 45 Minutes

Lash Maintenance
Be sure to use lash extension-friendly products at all times. Stay away from waterproof mascara and oil/alcohol-based skincare products and cosmetics.
Be sure to clean your lashes daily.
Refrain from rubbing, tugging or pulling on your lashes.
Lash Services Policy
First Time Clients - All first-time lash clients are required to receive a Natural Full-Set at The TEN before they can continue to schedule Natural Fill-In services. Clients who have lash extensions remaining from a previous establishment will be required to book a removal service prior to their full-set.
Removals – Removal services cannot be booked for the same day as Full-sets or Fill Ins. The removal products that are used require a 24-hour period to fully wash out of natural lashes. Completing a Full-set or Fill-In directly after a removal service will result in lash extensions prematurely falling out.
REDO POLICY – Clients have 48 hours to contact us with any complaints about their lash extensions. You will be asked to return for a consultation to see how we can best fullfill your needs.

We strongly encourage clients to NOT get their lashes wet for the first 24 - 48 hours following their lash appointment. Lash extensions do require a gentle touch. We do not recommend using sleep eye masks, scrubbing eyes while washing your face, or using mascara products that require a tough scrub to remove. You’ll want to brush them with a clean mascara wand or “spoolie” at night before you go to sleep and, in the morning, when you wake up.

Everyone is different. We guarantee at least (1) full week. Keeping them clean and using a gentle touch can get you up to (3) weeks.

Every two weeks! Consistency is key to keeping your lashes full and lush. Stretch this recommendation to three weeks and you will see a dramatic difference in the fullness of your lashes. Any longer than three weeks and you will have to schedule another full-set.

YES! We strongly discourage getting them wet for the first 24 – 48 hours following your appointment but after that you can resume all regular activities. Keep in mind every time you get them wet you do risk loosening the bonding agent.

Eyebrow tint is a semi-permanent dye used to enhance your brow shape while giving the illusion of fuller brows. description

Results can vary based on your skin type and aftercare. Tint will typically last on brows for 3-4 weeks.

We strongly encourage clients NOT to wet their eyebrows for the first 24 hours following their tint appointment. Afterwards, clients may wash their face as normal but should refrain from excess scrubbing or rubbing of the eyebrow area.
